Sharing Lists

Todoodah makes it easy to collaborate on lists with other people. You can invite them directly by email or share a public link for read-only access.

Opening the share dialog

Tap the share icon on your list to open the sharing dialog. Only the list owner can invite new members or manage sharing settings.

Inviting by email

Enter an email address in the invite field and send the invitation. The recipient receives an email with a link to join the list. Once they accept, they become a full collaborator and can add, edit, complete, and delete todos.

Each list supports a maximum of 10 members including the owner.

Share link

You can generate a public share link for any list you own. The share dialog provides controls to:

• Enable — activate the share link
• Copy — copy the link to your clipboard
• Regenerate — create a new link (invalidates the old one)
• Disable — deactivate the link entirely

Anyone with the link can view the list in read-only mode. They can see all todos but cannot make changes. Share links have an unlimited lifetime as long as they remain enabled.

Managing members

The share dialog shows all current members. As the owner, you can remove any member from the list. Removed members immediately lose access.
