Creating & Managing Lists
Lists are the core organizer in Todoodah. You can create up to 50 lists and switch between them freely.
Creating a new list
Open the list switcher menu and tap Create list. A new list is created with a randomly generated appearance — a name placeholder and a random color palette. You can rename it and customize its colors afterward.
Switching between lists
Use the list switcher at the top of the screen to jump between your lists. The current list name is shown in the header. Tap it to open the switcher and select a different list.
The list menu
The gear icon in the header opens the list menu, where you can rename, delete, or clear the current list.
Renaming a list
Only the list owner can rename a list. Open the list menu and select Rename. The name becomes editable inline.
Deleting a list
Only the owner can delete a list. Open the list menu and select Delete. You cannot delete your last remaining list — you must always have at least one. Deleting a shared list removes it for all members.
Clearing all todos
The list menu includes a Clear all option that removes every todo (both active and completed) from the list. This is a permanent action.
