Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Todoodah ("the Service"), operated by Ofnof ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Todoodah is a collaborative todo application that allows you to create, manage, and share task lists. The Service is provided as a progressive web application accessible through a web browser.

Account Registration

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the Service (todo items, list names, settings). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service.
  • Share content that is abusive, harassing, or violates others' rights.

Shared Lists

When you share a list with other users, they can view and modify the todos in that list. As the list owner, you can remove members at any time. When you share a list via a public link, anyone with the link can view (but not edit) the list.

Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any downtime.

Account Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time through the app's settings. This permanently removes all your data.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  • If you are the sole owner of shared lists, those lists will be deleted when your account is removed.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Ofnof. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ofnof shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of registration without giving any reason. You can exercise this right by deleting your account through the app's settings. By using the Service immediately upon registration, you acknowledge that you may lose the right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in the Netherlands, without prejudice to your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
