Getting Started

Welcome to Todoodah! This guide walks you through creating your account, setting up your first list, and adding todos.

Create your account

Visit app.todoodah.com/register and sign up with Google or with an email address and password. If you choose email, your password must be at least 8 characters and include a number or special character.

Once registered, you're taken straight to your first list — no email verification required during beta.

Your first list

Every new account starts with one list. You can rename it, customize its colors, or create more lists later. Lists are the containers for your todos, and you can have up to 10 of them.

Adding your first todo

Tap or click the input field at the top of your list, type what you need to do, and press Enter. Your todo appears immediately at the top of the active list. You can also press the n key on your keyboard to quickly focus the input field.

Completing a todo

There are several ways to mark a todo as done:

  • Swipe right until the checkmark appears
  • Tap the checkbox
  • Use the three-dot menu and select "Complete"

Completed todos move to a collapsible section at the bottom of your list.

Sharing with others

Todoodah is built for collaboration. Open the share dialog on any list to invite people by email or generate a public link for read-only access. Shared lists sync in real time — everyone sees changes the moment they happen.
