Limits & Fair Use

Todoodah has a few limits in place to keep the service fast and reliable for everyone.

What happens at the limit?

Lists

When you have 10 lists, the "Create list" option is disabled. Delete an existing list or ask the owner to remove you from a shared list to free up a slot.

Shared lists

You can share one list at a time. To share a different list, unshare your current shared list first.

Todos

When a list reaches 20 active todos, you cannot add more until you complete, delete, or move some to another list. Completed todos do not count toward this limit.

Members

A shared list can have up to 10 members, including the owner. If you need more people to see the list, use a public share link for read-only access — there is no limit on how many people can view a share link.

Fair use

These limits are generous for personal and small-team use. If you have a use case that requires higher limits, reach out and let us know.
