Color Modes

Color modes control how your chosen color palette is applied to the todos in a list. Each mode gives a different visual feel.

Border mode

A colored gradient stripe appears on the left border of each todo card. The rest of the card uses the standard background. This is a subtle, clean look that adds a pop of color without overwhelming the text.

Full card mode

The entire todo card is filled with the gradient color as a full background. Text automatically switches to white for readability. This is the most vivid mode and makes each list feel bold and distinctive.

Transparent mode

Todos appear as text only with no card background. The text inherits the list's font color setting, and the list background shows through. This mode gives a minimal, distraction-free look.

Per-list settings

Each list stores its own color mode independently. You can have one list using bold full-card colors and another using subtle borders. Change it at any time from the list settings.
