Todoodah is built for getting things done together. Whether you're managing a grocery list with your partner, planning a trip with friends, or keeping track of household chores with roommates, shared lists keep everyone on the same page.

Invite people by email and they'll have instant access to the list. Each shared list supports up to 10 members, giving you plenty of room for the whole crew.

Real-time sync

Changes from collaborators appear instantly on your screen. When someone adds a new item, checks something off, or reorders the list, you see it happen live. No manual refreshing, no stale data.

This means you and your partner can both be at the store, working from the same list, and items get checked off as they're picked up.

Share links for public access

Sometimes you need to share a list without requiring everyone to sign up. Generate a share link to create a read-only public view of your list. Perfect for sharing a packing checklist with a group, posting a wishlist, or letting someone peek at your progress.

Roles and member management

Every shared list has clear ownership. The person who created the list is the owner, with full control over membership and settings. Members can add, complete, and reorder items, but only the owner can:

• Invite or remove members
• Delete the list entirely
• Generate or revoke share links
• Transfer ownership to another member

This keeps things organized without getting in anyone's way. Everyone can contribute, and the owner stays in control.
